New colleagues who make the switch to ICC from banking or larger consulting firms find it a huge relief that they can spend 100% of their time doing what they love and what they are good at: improving - and optimising - client financing and risk management. This combination is fairly unique in the Dutch consulting market and therefore very strong. For example, for many companies, over half of the financing cost consists of market interest rates nowadays, so it is important to properly manage this component as well when raising new financing on favourable terms. At ICC, the various experts work closely together in this area to achieve the best possible results.
 

Our organisation has about 30 employees. There is a group of highly experienced employees in their 40s and 50s, and there is a rapidly growing group of employees in their 20s and 30s who will take over in the future. Collaboration and knowledge transfer are highly valued and you will have plenty of room to develop yourself and contribute to ICC's success and growth. If your ideas and plans are good, then they can be put into practice at lightning speed. The lines of communication are short and the atmosphere is good. ICC has the character of a family business. It is not about the biggest deal and the highest growth for us, but about satisfied clients, continuity and steady growth.

The human element is very important and we value a good work-life balance for all employees. We work hard, but not in the evenings or at night; everyone is off home at 6pm. You have the flexibility to arrange your working hours to suit you. People generally stay with us for a long time and appreciate the freedom they get to schedule their own work, and they value the focus on the quality in the work they are doing. You know all your colleagues personally and our international sales team gives ICC a great international character. You can lunch with colleagues in the office or share lunch together somewhere on the Oudegracht (Old Canal). On Friday afternoons at 4pm, the company café is open for social drinks and this is where great initiatives for all kinds of fun social and sporting events often arise, which are regularly organised.
