Growth finance

A company's growth often requires additional financing for: more working capital, new machinery, new business premises and so on. ICC advises entrepreneurs and private equity firms looking to grow their businesses on a daily basis. Together, we will look at your financing needs and how to achieve them, with a focus on your company's growth strategy.

Besides pursuing solely bank funding, we also consider non-bank funding options such as: debt funds, venture capital and private equity.

ICC has structured specific growth financings in recent years, including:

  • Bank CAPEX facilities, for growth in fixed assets;
  • Asset-based facilities (factoring/commercial finance) advancing accounts receivable and inventory;
  • Lease facilities to enable investment in leasable assets;
  • Specific real estate loans;
  • Non-bank financing should bank funding have proven impossible, or in addition to bank funding;
  • Venture capital and private equity, in addition to bank funding.
