RESPONSIBILITY

ICC Consultants B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands under number NL006669992B01 with a registered office in Utrecht, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. We advise our clients on financing issues as well as on the management of interest and currency risks in the broadest sense. This privacy statement applies to all our processing operations – even if we process personal data together with other parties in order to be able to inform you about our products and services. We do not process special or sensitive personal data.

PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

We process personal data based on the following principles and objectives.

  • Consent of the person concerned (marketing)
  • Where data processing is necessary for the execution of an agreement (clients and suppliers)

Based on the first principle, we carry out marketing activities (including, but not limited to, direct marketing, telemarketing, social media marketing, et cetera) to achieve our business objectives. We do this in order to be able to inform the right person, at the right time, using the right information. Our CRM system contains clients and prospects, who may be of interest with regard to our services, along with the relevant contact persons. We store various personal data of contact persons in order to perform our services in the best possible way. For example, we keep contact details to reach you and store areas of interest in order to be able to provide you with the best possible information.

Our sector is constantly changing, and we have to go along with the changes. This is why we recruit new clients, suppliers and sometimes new colleagues. We also process contact details and areas of interest in order to remain in touch with everyone.

You can reach us through various channels, including but not limited to: telephone, mail, e-mail and LinkedIn. We process personal data to make this possible.

We also use 'adapted target groups' via social media platforms. We do this via LinkedIn targeting. (Personalised) advertisements may be displayed on these platforms. We do not pass on any personal data to third parties to this end, unless you have given us unambiguous permission to do so.

If you do not want advertisements to be displayed via these platforms, you can use the contact details above to let us know this. You can also unsubscribe from these platforms.

Please note that you may subsequently still see ICC Consultants ads if you fall into a general target group at which we are directing our ad.

One of the objectives of our website is to let you know who we are and what we do. We collect and use personal data (including name, (e-mail) address and telephone number) to better serve or inform you. For example, we use your personal data to:

  • be able to process questions or requests submitted by you
  • process assignments or requests placed by you
  • manage or otherwise perform obligations under an agreement you have with us
  • anticipate or solve problems with goods or services supplied to you
  • create products or services that can meet your requirements.

We may use your personal data for direct marketing purposes to optimise our services. This includes clicking behaviour on the website to analyse which articles, pages, white papers and infographics are most read, as well as open and click rates to see whether our newsletters and other e-mails are relevant. Because we respect your privacy, we will only use your personal data for such a purpose if you are aware of this; if necessary, we will ask for your permission before using your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

In addition, you can contact us as indicated below if, at any time, you no longer want us to use your data for one or more of the aforementioned reasons. In this case, we will stop using your information for these purposes as soon as reasonably possible.

We respect your personal data and will therefore take steps to ensure that your privacy rights remain protected if we transfer your data outside the EEA in this way. In addition, if you use our services when you are located outside the EEA, your information may be transferred outside the EEA in order to be able to provide you with those services.

Except as stated in this privacy policy, we will not disclose any information that can be traced back to you without your consent, unless we are authorised or required to do so (for example, if we are required to do so in connection with legal proceedings or for the prevention of fraud or other crimes), or if we believe it is necessary to protect and/or defend our rights, property or personal safety or that of our users, clients and other individuals.

You can rest assured that we will not use your information for any of the purposes listed if you have indicated this at the time of sending the data or at a later time.
