ICC is pleased to announce that it has acted as treasury advisor to VE Partners for its portfolio company Upforce, providing guidance on managing interest rate risks.

Upforce is a leading provider of international staffing solutions, specializing in the production, logistics, and engineering sectors.

Our colleagues Auke Middel, Jan van den Hoek, and Timo Venema have advised and supported VE Partners/Upforce throughout this interest rate hedging process. With the final interest rate hedge in place, Upforce has taken a significant step in mitigating its interest rate risks, resulting in an immediate and substantial reduction in interest expenses. The interest rate hedge was secured with ING. In summary, an excellent outcome for our client!
