ICC Consultants BV is delighted to announce that it has supported Your.World, a portfolio van Strikwerda Investments, as independent hedge advisor. 

After arranging a syndicated loan, the interest rate risk of the EUR 1 billion Term Loan has been hedged for multiple years. The hedge was successfully reallocated to multiple domestic and international banks.

ICC closely collaborated with Your.World’s Group Treasurer Bas Braam in a supportive and sparring role. On behalf of Strikwerda Investments, Investment Manager Tommy Poll was also closely involved in this collaboration. 

Together with colleagues Jan van den Hoek and Timo Venema, we advised and guided Your.World in this interest rate collaboration. With the resulting hedge, Your.World has taken an important step to hedge its interest rate risks, immediately reducing interest rate expenses. In short, a good outcome for our client!
