ICC Consultants BV is pleased to announce that it is acting as the treasury advisor for Breman Installatiegroep regarding the management of its interest rate risks.

Breman is a nationwide group of 26 specialized installation companies dedicated to the energy transition, providing sustainable solutions for people, the earth, and society. Breman operates throughout the entire lifecycle of installations in both residential and commercial buildings.

Together with my colleagues Jan van den Hoek, Timo Venema, and Alex Dieleman, we will advise and assist Breman in this interest rate collaboration. With this interest rate transaction, Breman has taken an important first step to hedge its interest rate risks, significantly reducing its interest expenses immediately. The interest rate hedges have been secured with ING and Rabobank. In short, a great outcome for our client!
